Retail Therapy!

Isn’t it a wonder that some people have nothing but full of excuses. It just irks me to think of it that there are people out there who like to give excuses that they are not working blah blah blah so they do not have money and yet have the money to splurge themselves. Just for one to two hundred a year to pay for important things like rent or health insurance for their parents or children. Sick isn’t it. But then again karma may come back and bite their asses when their children treats them this way in future and they can’t blame anyone but themselves as they can’t even set a good example.

Thinking about that really makes my blood boil. If you got no money then blardy go get a job or something or spend lesser on unnecessary things. Hell yeah! Those people have no idea how many people have been bitching about them behind their backs. They still have the cheek to get angry.

Younger sister: Hey sis, daddy is old already and maybe we should help him to pay his rent. Say let’s fork out $200 a year each ok?

Older sister: Huh… Don’t want lah! I not working and my husband don’t earn so much… can don’t want or not.

Younger sis: Ai ya it’s just $200 a year.. give a bit will die meh…

Older sister: You never work you don’t know one la! You won’t know how is it like to have a tight budget every month.

Younger sister: Hai ya…

Older sister: Eeh let’s talk about other things.. Next week my son’s birthday and I am throwing a birthday bash for him at Partyworld! A lot of people are invited! My treat!

Younger sister: ….. *hangs up* *tooo… tooo… tooo…*

Some people just wish to act dumb but are really the smart ones by just wanting to push such things to others… God bless their souls…

Moving on! Retail Therapy time! It’s been sometime since I have bought make up for myself! As most of you know, I am a huge fan of M.A.C as well as Bobbi Brown. I do use other brands too and when it comes to talking about make up, I get all excited!!

I went over to MAC counters and saw the new collection available. They have this new gel blush thingy that looks great! I got the make up artist to apply it on me and I fell in love with it immediately.

I did not have makeup on at that time and based on my own opinion, having blush on without powder or foundation will not look very nice. But the look was very natural as the gel blush is translucent so it gives me a nice pinch of color on my cheeks. It looks so red in the pot and I was kinda worried initially but the makeup artist taught me how to use it and I just had to get it. I did not feel that it was sticky or anything and even dada commented that it looks very natural on me. You can build up the colour depending on how pink or red you want to look.

This not only can be used on the cheeks but can be used on the lips as well.

Talking about lips, I will be blogging on “How to achieve natural looking rosy lips” so stay tune!

Anyway I am currently on the search for a good foundation for myself. Hearing a lot of good reviews for Chanel’s foundation, I shall check it out and review about it soon.

Thank god it’s Friday! I wonder what will you be doing this weekend? For me, it will be damn special la as I will be with dada on a treasure hunt in search for something important to us :P
