I am damn blardy sad! Because I lost my farecard...

I was so affected by it la cause I just topped up $20 yesterday boohoo...


Tip of the day!

I was chatting with a friend one day and she asked me this:

"I love having MacDonald's for breakfast but it is too sinful and fattening to have that practically everyday! It is easy and convenient to grab just before I reach office. I would love to have something that is low fat and yet convenient for me as well! What can I do?"



Well dada and me made a pact with each other to slim down.. Well as you all know breakfast is a very important meal of the day but how can I make it a good and yet healthy meal.. not forgetting low fat as well..

I was thinking along the line of eating cereals as firstly, I love cereals and yes they contains grains with lots of vitamins...

so first thing first, eat your cereal with low fat milk. I know that low fat milk does not taste as good as the normal ones but trust me, if your cereal taste good, it should "cover" the taste of the milk.

So I was shopping with dada at Giant Supermarket one day and I was searching for a tasty low fat cereal. But after looking at so many, I still crave for Post Cereals - Banana Nut Crunch! Yummmmyyyyyy! but.. its not low fat :(

So I found a way to balance what I wanted.. Low fat but yet something that can satisfy my craving!

I have decided to combine a low fat cereal with my banana nut crunch! This way I can have the best of both worlds!





































Haha... Well my ratio for the cereal is 1:3. 1 portion of banana nut crunch to 3 portion of the low fat cereal. Try it and I do hope you like it as well!!


The next cereal flavour that I will wanna try to mix with is granola! I loveeeeeeeeeeeee granola!

Ok I know I still owe you the photos from the MAC sale! But I am lazy!! gotta wait :P
